CBIL is a commodity brokerage company and brokers renewable fuels and their feedstocks for fuel blenders, refiners, biodiesel, HVO and SAF plants, and chemical and pharmaceutical buyers: anhydrous fuel ethanol, denatured and undenatured; extra neutral alcohol and industrial ethanol for pharmaceutical, sanitiser and solvent use; FAME biodiesel as RME, SME, PME and UCOME; HVO renewable diesel and HEFA-SPK sustainable aviation fuel; and used cooking oil. UN Comtrade 2024 export declarations put HS 3826 biodiesel at 15.50 million MT, led by the Netherlands, Germany and Spain, and HS 2207 ethyl alcohol at 13.53 million MT, led by the USA, Brazil and the Netherlands. In this trade the documents are part of the product: an ISCC EU or equivalent proof of sustainability with the GHG saving, a certificate chain through every seller, the EU customs status and a check of trade remedies, including EU anti-dumping duties on biodiesel and HVO from China under Regulation (EU) 2025/261. We work each enquiry against SGS or Intertek certification on FOB, CFR and CIF terms, priced as a differential to Argus, Platts or OPIS assessments, and because CBIL also runs a chartering desk (LaycanDesk) that works product and chemical tankers, the freight leg is quoted with the cargo.
Excluded origins are not offered, including product re-exported, blended or re-processed through a third country. Every lot moves with a certificate of origin naming the producing plant, mine or grower country, and nothing is quoted before the seller and loading point are known.
