Turmeric, chilli, cumin, coriander & pepper
CBIL supplies the Indian spice complex to the specifications that actually move a contract: turmeric fingers and powder by curcumin percentage (2–5%), red chilli whole, crushed and powder graded by ASTA colour and Scoville heat (Teja S17, Byadgi, Guntur 334), cumin seed 99/1 and 99/2, coriander seed (Eagle and Scooter), fennel, fenugreek, ajwain, black and white pepper, cardamom and cloves. Material is available steam-sterilised or ETO-free for EU and US entry, Sortex-cleaned, with SGS certification of moisture, volatile oil, ash, aflatoxin and pesticide residue, plus phytosanitary documentation. We serve spice grinders, blenders, retail packers, seasoning houses and oleoresin extractors on FOB, CFR and CIF terms in container-load quantities.
