Polyolefins and PVC are the resins behind woven sacks, film, pipe, profile, cable and moulded goods, and converters buy them grade by grade against the datasheet they already run. CBIL is a commodity brokerage company and brokers polyethylene (HDPE, LLDPE, LDPE; HS 3901), polypropylene (homopolymer, impact and random copolymer; HS 3902) and suspension PVC (K57 to K71; HS 3904.10) from the offtake traders of Gulf, US and Southeast Asian producers and from trader parcels of prime and near-prime material, against the producer's certificate of analysis and SGS or Intertek inspection at stuffing. UN Comtrade 2025 export declarations put Saudi Arabia at 9.62 million MT of polyethylene at USD 992/MT and 5.04 million MT of polypropylene at USD 1,008, and the USA at 14.01 million MT of polyethylene at USD 1,178. Resin moves in 25 kg bags on pallets, about 24.75 MT to a 40-ft container; the chartering desk is not the point here, and container freight is quoted through forwarders into Mersin, Alexandria, Mombasa, Karachi, Chittagong and Haiphong.
