CBIL is a commodity brokerage company and brokers edible oils and fats: crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, palm olein (CP8/CP10), palm stearin and palm kernel oil from Malaysia and Indonesia; refined sunflower oil and refined soybean oil from Ukrainian, South American and Southeast Asian origins; low-erucic rapeseed and canola oil, crude degummed or refined, from Canada, the EU, Australia and Ukraine; olive oil from extra virgin to olive-pomace oil, graded to IOC COI/T.15/NC No 3 and EU Regulation 2022/2104, from Spain, Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Portugal, Türkiye and Morocco; extra virgin or refined avocado oil from Mexico, Kenya, Peru, Chile and New Zealand; and vegetable shortening, vanaspati and table and bakery margarines from Malaysia, Indonesia, Türkiye, India and European manufacturers. We arrange tanker, flexitank, ISO-tank, IBC, drum, carton and retail-bottled formats with COA and SGS certification of FFA, colour and peroxide value (plus erucic acid and phosphorus for rapeseed oil, K232/K270 and panel test for olive oil, sterols and fatty acids for avocado oil, and melting point, solid fat content and trans fat for shortening and margarine), Halal and phytosanitary documentation. Supply is structured for refiners, food manufacturers, bakeries, packers, private label brands and distributors on CIF and FOB terms.

Excluded origins are not offered, including product re-exported, blended or re-processed through a third country. Every lot moves with a certificate of origin naming the producing plant, mine or grower country, and nothing is quoted before the seller and loading point are known.

Palm olein CP8 or CP10?
The number is the cloud point in degrees Celsius. CP8 stays liquid down to 8 °C and CP10 down to 10 °C. If the warehouse, shelf or route drops towards 10 °C, take CP8; it is more fractionated and costs more. For warm destinations and industrial frying, CP10 is the same oil for the purpose at a lower price.
Why is palm oil cheaper than sunflower and soybean oil?
Yield per hectare. Oil palm produces several times the oil per planted hectare of sunflower or soy, so the raw material is cheaper, and fractionation and refining are efficient at scale. It is not a like-for-like swap into chilled or appearance-led uses.
Flexitank, ISO tank, tanker parcel or bottled?
A 24 MT flexitank in a 20 ft container is the standard unit for bulk oil into most destinations and is single-use. ISO tanks suit repeat lanes into a tank farm. Refineries take heated tanker parcels. Bottled 1 L and 5 L PET prices well above the same oil in bulk because you freight bottles and headspace.
What does an EU buyer of palm oil need from 30 December 2026?
Palm oil is covered by the EU Deforestation Regulation. Large and medium operators and traders must comply from 30 December 2026, and micro and small operators from 30 June 2027: a due diligence statement backed by geolocation of the plots that supplied the mills. Sustainability certificates help but do not replace the geolocation data.
